RETURNS

No Refunds. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM BACKGROUNDS, GRAPHIC KITS, AND ANY CUSTOM WORK. We only accept returns if it is our fault or it is a faulty product.  You will need to send back your Return to us at your expense. When you send back a return always use UPS or Fed Ex or the Post Office, get a delivery confirmation if you use Post Office. When you send back a return write the invoice number on the outside of the box. Include a note on what you would like to exchange the item for.
